Spherion Corporation’s Franchise Division Recognized As a World-Class Franchisor by the Franchise Research Institute®

FORT LAUDERDALE, Fla. – September 15, 2008 — Spherion Corporation, a recruiting, staffing and workforce solutions provider, today announced that it has been recognized as a world-class franchisor by the Franchise Research Institute®, an organization dedicated to promoting high standards of excellence throughout the franchising industry.

Among the most notable responses received from Spherion franchisees:

·      95 percent of respondents gave a positive rating on the overall quality of Spherion as a franchisor

·      96 percent of respondents gave a positive rating of the long-term growth potential for the business

·      95 percent of respondents gave a positive rating on their likelihood to recommend Spherion

·      100 percent of respondents gave a positive rating on the initial training supplied by the franchisor  

Additionally, when asked to rate the helpfulness of the franchisor’s field representatives, 96 percent gave a positive response and 98 percent rated the helpfulness and communications between fellow franchisees as positive.
